Live Online Hatha Class

Join me weekly in the comfort of your own home for a live hatha class. No travelling to class and you can slip into your PJs and slippers right after (or before!) sivasana.

You can book any class that you'd like, or have access to all the live classes with a monthly or annual membership. The memberships provides you with this weekly, live Hatha Yoga class plus the recording of these live classes that you can proactice any time.

You also have access to the the Recorded Hatha Classes that include hatha flow, gentle/stretch, restorative, and yin recorded classes of various lengths, including 20, 40 and 60 minutes.

Recorded Hatha Classes

Hatha yoga is a mindful practice, focused on postures (alignment and form) and breath awareness and regulation. It has an integrating and calming influence on the mind and strives toward strength, flexibility, and balance of mind and body. My style of yoga is often described as hatha flow.

The monthly and annual memberships offer hatha flow, hatha stretch, restorative, and yin recorded classes of various lengths, including 20, 40 and 60 minutes.

Consistency is more important than doing a longer class once in a while. Join the Yoga Inner Circle to step into a regular practice that you can do any time, anywhere.

Through reflective writing, meditation, and gentle yoga, we’ll explore “letting go” to allow peace to enter your life.

No journal writing, meditation, or yoga experience is required. Simply come with an open heart to connect, discuss, and discover.

Sunday is scheduled as a free/travel day and includes a morning meditation. You can indicate whether you want breakfast at 9:00 am or not, depending on your travel requirements.

Bayside Oceanside Resort in Parksville, BC

Fees

$910 includes breakfast on Sunday morning

$885 without breakfast on Sunday morning

Fees include yoga sessions, meditations, meals (Thursday dinner; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday; Sunday breakfast [optional]), applicable taxes and gratuities. Fees do not include spa treatments, accommodations, or travel to and from the venue in Parksville.

Accommodations

You will book accommodations directly with the Bayside Oceanside Resort after you have registered with me for the retreat. You have the option of extending your stay (based on room availability) at the same retreat discounted price.

The rooms are all oceanfront with a stunning view of the water.

Oceanfront King room $285 per night plus taxes
Oceanfront Double Queen $285 per night plus taxes
